Kelly: Part 2 of 3 in the moleskin :)
Kelly: finished updating part 1 of 3 in the moleskin! The colors are a little off in the photo…

Kelly: It has been wayyy too long since I’ve uploaded anything, sorry tumblr-ers! Here are some artists that I absolutely adore, go check out their stuff!

Jamie Campbell: http://www.booooooom.com/2012/04/09/photographer-jamie-campbell/ and her site http://www.jamiecampbellphotography.com/

Graeme Mitchell: http://www.booooooom.com/2012/04/11/photographer-graeme-mitchell/ and her site http://www.graememitchell.com/ … I will probably post some of her portraits because her work is fan-tastic!!! I am a sucker for black and white portraits…

Erin McCown: http://www.flickr.com/photos/erinmccown/ and http://www.booooooom.com/2012/04/10/photographer-erin-mccown/ … I wish she had a better website, but her photos are awesome!

Joe Nigel Coleman: http://www.booooooom.com/2011/01/07/photographer-joe-nigel-coleman/ my school’s web server wouldn’t let me access his personal website, but if you google his name, it pops up as http://joenigelcoleman.com/

Casper Kang: http://casperkang.com/ and http://www.booooooom.com/2012/04/02/artist-painter-casper-kang/ His painting are SOOO detailed and well-made! I wish I had his eye for color and his attention to detail! I love how everything in his paintings meld together so organically. I want one of his circle pieces in my house.

Kanoa Zimmerman: http://www.booooooom.com/2012/04/02/photographer-kanoa-zimmerman/ and http://www.kanoazimmerman.com/ I will do a post of these photos too! They have the craziest mood to them… so peaceful, but empty and eerie as well. I really want to learn how to scuba dive just so I can take pictures like these! I also love that they are black and white. Color would take away from the serenity of the scene.

Alright, that is all I have for now! Only 5 more weeks of school, then I will have more time to blog! :D

Julia: I’ve been holding the collaboration moleskine hostage since January. Oops.
Julia: Working on the collaboration project in the Moleskine with Kelly. Her drawing is the city on the left, mine’s the type.
Collaboration project update!
